- This set is made of stoneware tableware. Each piece is kiln‑fired, and the surface may have slight color variations, uneven glaze, tiny black specks, or firing marks. These are normal craft characteristics that do not affect use and are not considered product defects. Hand‑applied glaze or special surface treatments (such as matte finish, brush strokes or spots) may cause slight differences from piece to piece. The actual color and texture may vary, and images on the website are for reference only.
- The pattern and text on the bowl are applied using overglaze decoration, decals and are decorative in nature. Under normal use, they will remain stable - but prolonged friction, scratching or placing in a high‑temperature dishwasher or washing machine may cause the pattern or text to gradually fade or wear. Please handle the pattern and text on the bowl with care and avoid scratching with hard objects, using steel wool or rough scrubbing tools to prevent damage to the pattern surface.
- This product is intended for general food serving and everyday use. Do not place the product in high‑temperature cleaning or heating equipment. Avoid sudden temperature changes (for example, placing a hot plate directly into cold water or the refrigerator) as this may cause cracks or breakage - such damage caused by improper use is not considered a quality issue.
- Stoneware tableware is fragile and may break during transport due to impact. It is recommended to record a video when opening the package and to inspect the contents immediately. If the outer box is severely damaged or the contents are clearly broken, please contact customer service for assistance. If the product has been opened, used or washed, returns or exchanges will no longer be accepted for breakage due to the fragility of the item.
- If there is an obvious manufacturing defect (such as large areas of missing glaze, extensive cracks, severe deformation, noticeable peeling of the pattern, or large areas of discoloration), please provide complete photos within 7 days from date of receipt and contact customer service. After verification, a replacement or refund may be offered. If customers have concerns about “minor color variations", "slight pattern wear", "minor uneven text", or “differences from the images,” please contact customer service before confirming the order. Once the order is confirmed, received and used, returns or exchanges will not be accepted for purely aesthetic preferences or natural aging of the pattern.
- It is recommended to wash the product with a soft cloth or sponge, warm water and a neutral detergent, and avoid using steel wool or hard scrubbing tools to prevent scratching the glaze and pattern.
- Do not place the product in high‑temperature cleaning or heating equipment - any damage caused in this way will not be covered by returns or exchanges.
- The product has clearly indicated intended uses and limitations. Customers should use it according to the recommended methods. If damage is caused by improper use (such as direct contact with open flame, high‑temperature dry burning, dropping and breaking, or scratching of pattern with hard objects), no returns, exchanges or compensation will be provided. If customers have any questions regarding the characteristics of stoneware products, pattern techniques, or return and exchange conditions, it is recommended to clarify these before placing an order, so as to protect the interests of both parties.
All packaging is only intended for protection against damage during transportation. Please note that we cannot replace any packaging even if it is damaged during transit. Thank you for your understanding and support.
To protect mutual interests, please check the package as soon as possible to ensure the contents are complete and undamaged. When opening the package, make sure to record a video of the entire unboxing process (starting with the SF Express box, unboxing step by step, and clearly showing all the contents).
