To protect mutual interests, please check the package as soon as possible to ensure the contents are complete and undamaged. When opening the package, make sure to record a video of the entire unboxing process (starting with the SF Express box, unboxing step by step, and clearly showing all the contents).

Should you need to request an exchange, you must provide the complete and clear unboxing video in full as evidence and submit your request within 3 days of receiving the package. Thank you for your cooperation!

Please note that due to differences in individual measuring methods, elasticity of fabric materials, washing treatment and other factors, there may be discrepancies in the size of the actual item, with an acceptable tolerance within 2-3cm.
